Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Private Jets VIP website and services (the “Services”). By using the Services or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who we are: an independent advisory, not an air carrier

Private Jets VIP is an independent charter advisory and lead-referral service. We are not an air carrier, aircraft operator, direct air carrier, or indirect air carrier of air transportation, and we do not own, operate, charter out, or control any aircraft. All flights are operated by independent, third-party operators that hold the appropriate FAA operating authority (typically FAR Part 135, or Part 121 where applicable). We facilitate an introduction and arrange charter on your behalf; the air transportation itself is provided solely by the operator.

Pricing and estimates

Any price ranges, hourly rates, or “from” prices shown on the Services are informational estimates based on typical 2026 market rates and our published rate model. They are not quotes, offers, guarantees, or binding prices. Actual pricing varies with aircraft availability, routing, repositioning, dates, fuel, taxes, and other fees. Your final price and the complete terms of your charter are established solely between you and the operator in a separate written agreement.

No safety or operational warranty

We refer operators that, to our knowledge, hold active FAA Part 135 authority and, where possible, independent safety ratings (ARGUS, Wyvern). Those certifications and ratings are held by the operators, not by us. We do not warrant operator availability, aircraft, crew, scheduling, airworthiness, or safety, all of which are the responsibility of the operator and are subject to the operator’s terms and applicable regulation.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in any request.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to submit fraudulent or unauthorized requests.
• Review and agree to the operator’s written agreement, including cancellation and change terms, before booking.
• Ensure you are authorized to provide any phone number or email you submit.

Communications consent

By submitting a quote request and checking the consent box, you consent to be contacted by Private Jets VIP about your request as described in our communications & consent disclosure. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt out at any time.

Intellectual property

The Services, including text, layout, data models, and branding, are owned by Private Jets VIP or its licensors and are protected by law. Third-party names and marks referenced for comparison (for example, on our comparison pages) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Estimates and content are for general information and are not professional, financial, or legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Private Jets VIP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any acts, omissions, or performance of any operator, arising out of or relating to the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Private Jets VIP from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
