Communications & Consent Disclosure

This disclosure explains how Private Jets VIP obtains and honors your consent to be contacted, including under the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

One-to-one consent

When you submit a quote request and check the consent box, you are providing consent to be contacted by Private Jets VIP, a single, identified charter advisory, about your specific charter request. We do not treat one consent as blanket permission for an open-ended list of third parties to contact you. Your consent is to Private Jets VIP, for the purpose of arranging the trip you asked us to price.

If, to fulfill your request, we need to connect you directly with a specific operator, we will do so in the context of your inquiry. We do not sell or package your contact details as a shared or resold lead to a pool of unrelated marketers.

The exact consent language

The consent you agree to when you check the box on our quote form reads:

By checking this box and submitting, I authorize Private Jets VIP to contact me about my charter request by phone call, text message, and email, including via automated dialing technology, at the number and email I provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and my details are never resold. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

What you are agreeing to

• Contact about your charter request by phone call, text message (SMS), and email.
• Contact may use automated telephone dialing systems or prerecorded/automated messages.
• Contact is made at the phone number and email address you provide.
• Consent to marketing contact is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

How to opt out

You can withdraw consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to stop SMS, reply HELP for help, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell an advisor by phone that you no longer wish to be contacted. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of contact made before you opted out, and we may still send transactional messages necessary to complete a trip you have booked.

Records of consent

We retain a record of the consent you provide, including the consent language shown, the date and time, and the number and email submitted, to document that consent was given and to honor your communication preferences.
